On the program:

Kevin Gillen, Ph.D. and Vice President, Econsult Corporation and Brian Uher, Director, Amicus Consulting Services will present "The Green Economics of Residential Development in Philadelphia." Discussion will include current general economic conditions, case studies comparing new construction to retrofit, as well as how the ROI changes if they are built "green.”  Green features that contribute positively to ROI will also be identified.

Panel discussion titled  "Incentives, Appraisals and Financing of Green Homes" and moderated by Janet Milkman, Executive Director, Delaware Valley Green Building Council. Panelists include Wesley Astheimer, Executive Vice President, Chief Loan Officer, Valley Green Bank; Roger Clark, Manager, Sustainable Development Fund, The Reinvestment Fund; Leah Erickson, Executive Director, The Appraisal Network, Inc.; Eva Gladstein, Executive Director, Zoning Code Commission;  James Maransky, Principal, The EnVision Group.

Both segments will allow time for Q&A.
