The Economic Feasibility and Impacts of Transportation Investments

Because our focus is on transportation economics, our team is a
natural complement to both engineers and spatial planners.

We evaluate transportation choices suggested by planners and
designed by engineers in the context of transportation and asset
    markets.

We identify innovative ways to advance transportation
   investments, including public/private partnerships.

The Role of Transportation Choices in the Context of Broader Public
Polices, Especially Economic Development And Land Use

Our analysis of transportation policy evaluates transportation's impact
on land markets, urban development and suburban sprawl so that
