Lauren Beierschmitt, B.A. is Administrative Assistant with Econsult Corporation. Ms. Beierschmitt has a B.A. in English from Rutgers University and in addition to being the first contact for the firm, she is responsible for editing correspondence, maintaining the corporate contact database, recording all incoming documents to the firm, compiling the schedules of all staff, coordinating and setting up travel and meetings in and out of the firm. Before coming to Econsult, Ms. Beierschmitt was an administrative assistant at an arbitration and mediation firm.

Graeme D. Blair, B.A. is Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Reed College, and studied and conducted research in Kenya and South Africa. Mr. Blair joined Econsult in January 2007. His work focuses on econometric and statistical analysis for both the litigation and non-litigation firm clients. Mr. Blair is an expert in statistical programming in the Stata and Mata languages and in database programming using the MySQL environment. He is experienced in large-scale data management and analysis involving real estate transactions, foreclosures, home loans, and business employment data. Mr. Blair wrote sophisticated text analysis data collection software to support spatial policy analyses, and provides clients with geographic and geo-statistical analyses using ArcGIS and Stata.

Rachel Brooks, B.S. is a Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. She holds a Bachelors of Science in economics with a minor in Accounting. Ms. Brooks has a professional background in consolidations accounting and external reporting. Ms. Brooks has prior experience in community planning initiatives as well as public opinion polling and data analysis. As part of Econsult’s analyst team, her work includes analysis of data from financial statements and other sources to assist with model design and implementation. She has also assisted with the creation of pro-forma financial models for various real-estate transaction scenarios.

Sarina Chernock, B.A. is a Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. In May, 2007 she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University. As part of Econsult’s analyst team, Ms. Chernock conducts econometric and statistical analyses and is experienced in data management. She is proficient in Stata, and Microsoft’s Professional Office Suite of Excel, Access and Powerpoint.

Benjamin Cromie, M.C.P.is a Research Analyst with Econsult. He is a 2006 graduate of the Masters in City and Regional Planning (MCP) program at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Design. Benjamin joined Econsult in April 2007 focusing on commercial corridor development and cultural planning. Benjamin is proficient in GIS spatial analysis, Stata statistical software, and Adobe graphic design applications. He volunteers regularly for several of his favorite arts organizations, as well as the Friends of Dickinson Square and the Community Design Collaborative.

Kathleen M. Duffy, B.B.A. is Managing Principal of Econsult Corporation. Since 1980, Ms. Duffy has been responsible for the administration of Econsult. She serves as both Treasurer and Secretary. She has managed its successful growth from a small shared office of 200 square feet, to its current size and location of 6000 square feet. In December 1984, Ms. Duffy became a principal of the firm. In December 1986 she was elected Treasurer; in September 1990 she was elected to serve and continues to serve as both Treasurer and Secretary.

Ashley Feuer, M.G.A. is a Project Manager with Econsult Corporation. As project manager, she is responsible for oversight of all project components, from initial proposal writing to delivery of final reports. Ms. Feuer’s past professional experience spans the private, non-profit, and government sectors, with positions focusing on areas such as economic development, education, and real estate. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Advertising and Sociology from The Pennsylvania State University, and she also maintains an active Pennsylvania Real Estate License. She received her Master’s of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government in 2007.

Marlene E. Granitz, M.B.A. is Principal and Senior Associate of Econsult Corporation. Ms. Granitz is an economist with 25 years of experience in economic and statistical analysis. She manages and analyzes the extensive data collections in the measurement of damages for antitrust economics: collusion, predatory pricing, monopolization, exclusive dealing, Robinson-Patman, class certification and intellectual property; as well as, EEO discrimination cases. Recently, she has focused on quantitative analysis of merit awards for public school teachers and impact evaluations. She has testified in federal court. Prior to Econsult, she held positions in banking and was Assistant Director of Research with RMA.

Emily Kennedy, M.G.A. is Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. She joined Econsult in May, 2007. She conducts research and analysis on a broad range of topics, such as economic and demographic trends, legislative and policy issues, and community development initiatives. Ms. Kennedy received her Master of Government Administration degree and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a minor in Sociology, from Villanova University, where she was on the Deans List for academic excellence.

Adam Ozimek, M.A. is Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. He joined the company in January of 2008. His work has included preparation of databases, and econometric analysis for consulting and litigation clients. As a member of Econsult's analyst team, he has contributed to a wide range of projects including analysis involving commercial corridors, real estate prices, and crime. Mr. Ozimek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from West Chester University and will complete a Masters of Arts in Economics from Temple University in May of 2008. Mr.Ozimek has a professional background in commercial real estate analysis and an academic background in the industrial organization of retail health clinics. He is experienced in several analytical programs, including SAS, STATA, and ArcGis.

Sandra E. Timmons is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper of Econsult Corporation. Ms. Timmons has been with the firm since 1992 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. She manages the human resource functions of the firm including hiring and training of associates, administration of payroll and employee benefit plans for all staff as well as handling all matters in the preparation of tax returns.
