Bernard E. Anderson, Ph.D. is the Whitney M. Young Professor of Management in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Anderson is a former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor for the Employment Standards Administration. He is an expert on labor economics and human resource management.

Peter A. Angelides, Ph.D. is Vice President of Econsult Corporation and Lecturer in the Urban Studies program of the University of Pennsylvania. He has over fifteen years of experience providing economic and financial analysis. His litigation work includes damages analysis, intellectual property, and antitrust, and his consulting work includes impact assessment and competitive analysis.

Jere R. Behrman, Ph.D. is the William Kenan Professor of Economics and former Chairperson of the Department of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Behrman is an internationally recognized authority on labor economics, human resources, and the economics of developing countries.

Lauren Beierschmitt is Administrative Assistant with Econsult Corporation. Ms. Beierschmitt has a B.A. in English from Rutgers University and in addition to being the first contact for the firm, she is responsible for editing correspondence, maintaining the corporate contact database, recording all incoming documents to the firm, compiling the schedules of all staff, coordinating and setting up travel and meetings in and out of the firm.

Douglas H. Blair, Ph.D. is Professor of Economics and Political Science and former Chair of the Department of Economics at Rutgers University. Dr. Blair has applied his expertise in microeconomic theory to a variety of litigation areas including antitrust, regulation, and stockholder disputes.

Graeme D. Blair, B.A. is Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Reed College. Mr. Blair is an expert in statistical programming in the Stata and Mata languages and in database programming using the MySQL environment. He also provides clients with geographic and geo-statistical analyses using ArcGIS and Stata.

Rachel Brooks is a Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. She holds a Bachelors of Science in economics with a minor in Accounting. Ms. Brooks has a professional background in consolidations accounting and external reporting. Ms. Brooks has prior experience in community planning initiatives as well as public opinion polling and data analysis.

Peter Cappelli, D.Phil is the George W. Taylor Professor, Director of the Center for Human Resources, and former Chair of the Management Department of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a recognized expert on the organization of work, job skills, and the employment relationship.

Sarina Chernock, B.A. is a Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. In May, 2007 she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University. As part of Econsult’s analyst team, Ms. Chernock conducts econometric and statistical analyses and is experienced in data management. She is proficient in Stata, and Microsoft’s Professional Office Suite of Excel, Access and Powerpoint.

David L. Crawford, Ph.D. is President of Econsult Corporation and Adjunct Professor of Management in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Crawford's 30 years of litigation and consulting experience include damage analysis, employment discrimination, personal injury, antitrust, intellectual property and human resource management issues.

Benjamin Cromie, M.C.P. is a Research Analyst with Econsult. He is a 2006 graduate of the Masters in City and Regional Planning (MCP) program at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Design. Benjamin is proficient in GIS spatial analysis, Stata statistical software, and Adobe graphic design applications.

Kathleen M. Duffy, B.B.A. is Managing Principal of Econsult Corporation. Since 1980, Ms. Duffy has been responsible for the administration of Econsult. She serves as both Treasurer and Secretary.

Ashley Feuer, M.G.A. . is a Project Manager for Econsult Corporation. Ms. Feuer’s past professional experience spans the private, non-profit, and government sectors, with positions focusing on areas such as economic development, education, and real estate. She received her Master’s of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government in 2007.

Joseph P. Fuhr, Jr., Ph.D. is Professor of Economics at Widener University. Dr. Fuhr has extensive experience in the analysis of antitrust matters and economic issues relating to the health care industry, telecommunications and sports.

Kevin C. Gillen, Ph.D. is Vice President of Econsult Corporation and an urban economist with special expertise in Philadelphia area real estate markets. His research in urban economics appears in numerous publications and is cited in various policy applications and has been cited extensively in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia Daily News and Philadelphia Magazine.

Marlene E. Granitz, M.B.A. is Senior Associate and Principal of Econsult Corporation. Ms. Granitz is an economist with 25 years of experience in economic and statistical analysis. She has specialized in the measurement of damages in antitrust, intellectual property and other areas. Recently, she has focused on quantitative analysis of merit awards for public school teachers and impact evaluations.

Pamela M. Harper, M.B.A., J.D., is a Principal with the Harper Group, a firm that specializes in providing strategic marketing, communications and planning advice to the private as well as public sector. Ms. Harper has traveled extensively, particularly in Africa, and lectured on Aviation Marketing and Management in China. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the Fox School of Management at Temple University in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Lee Huang, M.G.A. is a Director of Econsult Corporation. With an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School and a master’s degree from the Fels School of Government of the University of Pennsylvania, Lee provides an excellent perspective for public, private, and non-profit clients. He has extensive experience in day to day management as well as strategic decision making.

Emily Kennedy, M.G.A. is Research Analyst with Econsult Corporation. Ms. Kennedy received her Master of Government Administration degree and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a minor in Sociology, from Villanova University.

C.A. Knox Lovell, Ph.D. is Herman and Mary Terry Chair of Economics, Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. He is the editor of The Journal of Productivity Analysis. Dr. Lovell, an expert on the economics of productivity, regulation, and antitrust, has served as a consultant to the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and to private parties.

Tabatha A. Lupinetti, B.S. is Senior Associate of Econsult Corporation. Ms. Lupinetti earned a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems, from The College of New Jersey. As part of the firms' research analyst team she brings a complete knowledge of analytical software including statistical and data analysis programs such as SAS, STATA and SPSS.

Janice F. Madden, Ph.D. is the Robert C. Daniels Foundation Term Professor of Urban Studies, and Professor of Regional Science, Sociology and Real Estate at the University of Pennsylvania. She has also served on the faculty of the Federal Judicial Center. Dr. Madden is one of the foremost authorities on Equal Employment Opportunity litigation.

Michael R. Mariano, B.S. is Managing Director of Spatial Analytics & GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Solutions of Econsult Corporation and has been with the firm since January 2001. Mr. Mariano oversees all GIS projects with extensive experience utilizing GIS and spatial analytical techniques. He also oversees research and analysis for economic and fiscal impact studies.

Roberto S. Mariano, Ph.D. is Professor of Economics and Statistics at the University of Pennsylvania. An expert on econometric modeling for forecasting and policy analysis, Dr. Mariano has consulted with Asian and American firms, Asian central banks and governments, and international agencies.

Olivia S. Mitchell, Ph.D. is the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Professor of Insurance and Risk Management in the Wharton School and Executive Director of the Pension Research Council. She is an expert on private and public pension systems and on other fringe benefits.

Stephen P. Mullin, M.A. is Senior Vice President and Principal of Econsult Corporation and a Lecturer at Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. He is the former Finance Director and former Commerce Director of the City of Philadelphia. Mr. Mullin is an expert on state and local public finance, urban and regional economics, e-commerce, real estate, and economic impact analysis.

Adam Ozimek, M.A. is Research Analyst of Econsult Corporation. He joined the company in January of 2008. His work has included preparation of databases, and econometric analysis for consulting and litigation clients. He is experienced in several analytical programs, including SAS, STATA, and ArcGis.

Robert A. Pollak, Ph.D. is the Hernreich Distinguished Professor of Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences and the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Pollak is one of the world's leading experts on price indices and consumer demand behavior.

Andrew W. Postlewaite, Ph.D. is Professor and former Chairman of the Department of Economics and Professor of Finance and Public Policy and Management in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Postlewaite's areas of specialty are industrial organization and finance.

Thomas J. Prusa, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Economics at Rutgers University. He has testified before the International Trade Commission. Dr. Prusa is an expert on international trade and on the process of adjudicating unfair trade complaints.

Lawrence J. Quartana, Ph.D. has over 28 years experience in human resources development, management consultation, engineering, education, and research science. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Tulane University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Temple University. Dr. Quartana currently serves on the faculty of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sandra E. Timmons is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper of Econsult Corporation. Ms. Timmons has been with the firm since 1992 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Alex Vekker, Ph.D. is Vice President of Econsult Corporation and Adjunt Associate Professor of Economics at Drexel University. His expertise is the economic analysis of large data sets in support of the litigation and consulting areas of employment discrimination, damage analysis, and human resources management.

Richard P. Voith, Ph.D. is Senior Vice President and Principal of Econsult Corporation. Prior to joining Econsult, Dr. Voith was an Economic Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and Vice Chairman of the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). He has published widely in the areas of transportation, real estate, and metropolitan development.
