Marlene E. Granitz, M.B.A.
is Principal and Senior Associate of Econsult Corporation.
Ms. Granitz is an economist with 25 years of experience
in economic and statistical analysis. She manages and
analyzes the extensive data collections in the measurement
of damages for antitrust economics: collusion, predatory
pricing, monopolization, exclusive dealing, Robinson-Patman,
class certification and intellectual property; as well
as, EEO discrimination cases. Recently, she has focused
on quantitative analysis of merit awards for public school
teachers and impact evaluations. She has testified in
federal court. Prior to Econsult, she held positions in
banking and was Assistant Director of Research with RMA.
Paul R. Neergaard, M.A. is Senior Associate of Econsult Corporation. He is an economist with extensive experience in the development and analysis of very large databases in support of litigation. At Econsult, he has participated in numerous, complex antitrust and discrimination matters. Prior to that, Mr. Neergaard worked with numerous utilities on various regulatory issues, preparing forecasts and marketing plans. He has held senior positions at WEFA, Inc and Wisconsin Electric. Mr. Neergaard also taught economics at the University of Wisconsin, Temple University and Pennsylvania State University.
