David L. Crawford, Ph.D. is President of Econsult Corporation and Adjunct Professor of Management in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His 33 years of litigation experience includes damage analysis, employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, personal injury, and antitrust. Outside of litigation, he has focused on human resource management and public policy.
Janice F. Madden, Ph.D. is Professor of Regional Science, Sociology and Real Estate at the University of Pennsylvania. She received a Ph.D. in economics, specializing in econometrics (statistics) and microeconomics from Duke University. She has served on the faculty of the Federal Judicial Center. Dr. Madden is one of the nation’s foremost authorities on Equal Employment Opportunity litigation.
Kathleen M. Duffy, B.B.A. is Managing Principal of Econsult Corporation. Since 1980, Ms. Duffy has been responsible for the administration of Econsult. In December 1984, Ms. Duffy became a principal of the firm. In December 1986 she was elected Treasurer; in September 1990 she was elected to serve and continues to serve as both Treasurer and Secretary.
Tabatha A. Lupinetti, B.S. is Director of Econsult Corporation. Her work has focused on the creation and statistical analysis of project databases. She earned a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems, from The College of New Jersey. She has a complete knowledge of analytical software including statistical and data analysis programs such as SAS, STATA, and SPSS.
