Green buildings grow as a topic of interest within both the public and private sector. Econsult was contracted by the Greater Philadelphia Innovation Cluster (GPIC) to undertake a study examining the potential size and scope of the market for energy-efficient retrofits of commercial and industrial properties in the Philadelphia region.
