Econsult Corporation was retained by iMega (Interactive Media Entertainment and Gaming Association) to estimate the potential statewide economic and fiscal impacts that could be generated by the passing of the proposed e-gaming bill. Passage of the proposed bill, would generate a number of positive economic and fiscal impacts by allowing the state to positively leverage its considerable gaming infrastructure.

Also, Adam Ozimek, Associate of Econsult, appeared before the New Jersey Senate State Government, Wagering, Tourism & Historic Preservation Committee, on September 26, 2011. The purpose of the hearing as noted in the transcript states: "The Committee will receive testimony on the importance of authorizing sports wagering for the gaming industry in New Jersey." Adam presented the results of Econsult's Analysis.
