Econsult’s Quarterly Philadelphia Regional House Price Index
Each quarter, Econsult Vice President Kevin Gillen produces a comprehensive report on the Philadelphia region’s current housing market. Similar to the Philadelphia House Price Index in format, the scope of this quarterly report is expanded to include the surrounding suburban counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware in order to provide a house price index that indicates decline or growth in overall house prices and sales, both on a quality- and seasonally-adjusted basis. In so doing, the report provides comparisons between Philadelphia and its suburban neighbors in the region.
