Lee Huang, M.G.A
is Director of Econsult Corporation. With an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School and a master’s degree from the Fels School of Government of the University of Pennsylvania, Lee provides an excellent perspective for public, private, and non-profit clients. He has extensive experience in day to day management as well as strategic decision making.
Tabatha A. Lupinetti, B.S. is Senior Associate of Econsult Corporation. Since joining Econsult in 1997, her work has focused on the creation of project databases, the statistical analysis of those data, and the preparation of documents for client presentations and expert reports. She earned a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems, from The College of New Jersey in June 1992. Ms. Lupinetti has a complete knowledge of analytical software including statistical and data analysis programs such as SAS, STATA, and SPSS.
Michael R. Mariano, B.S. is Managing Director of Spatial Analytics & GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Solutions of Econsult Corporation and has been with the firm since January 2001. Mr. Mariano oversees all GIS projects with extensive experience utilizing GIS and spatial analytical techniques. He also oversees research and analysis for economic and fiscal impact studies.
